## Overview

The **AI Question Generator** is a quick way to add AI-generated questions directly to an existing assessment.

Rather than building a complete assessment from scratch, this tool lets you generate individual **Multiple Choice** **and Scale questions** on any topic and add them to your assessment with a single click.

## Use AI to Create Your Questions

Start by entering the Agolix editor and selecting the "**Edit**" link in the menu underneath your assessment.

Next, click on the "**Questions**" tab at the top of the page, then click the "**Generate With AI**" button.

In the "**Enter a prompt for the AI**" box, enter your search criteria and click "**Generate Questions**." The AI will begin generating your questions — this may take a moment depending on the complexity of your request.

Once the questions are ready, check the box next to any question you'd like to include. You can also check "**Response required**" for any question if needed.

Click "**Add To Assessment**" to add your selected questions, or "**Clear**" to start your search again.
