These are shown in the drop-down menu along with the default collection of "Uncategorized" . ![Collection Menu from Setup Tab](https://agolix.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Collection-Menu-from-Setup-Tab-1100x362.png) ### Create New Collection Click the **"Add Collection"** button to create a new collection. ![Add Collection Button](https://agolix.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Add-Collection-Button-1100x88.png) When you do so, a window on the screen will allow you to enter the details for your collection. ![Edit Collection](https://agolix.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Edit-Collection-1011x628.png) ### Customize Each Collection In addition to the **Title**, you can also enter these details for each collection: - **Collection Description**: a text description to help you remember why the collection was created - **Brand Name:** specify the brand name for the **"From"** field in **Results email messages** for the assessments in each collection. - **Brand Email:** specify the brand email address for the **"Reply-To"** field in **Results email messages** for the assessments in each collection.  Click the **"Save"** button to complete the creation of your collection. Select whether your colleague(s) should have **Manager, Editor, or Viewer** privileges. - **Manager:** Full access to all features except billing and subscription changes. - **Editor:** Can create, edit, and delete assessments. - **Viewer:**Can administer assessments (send out the link) and view responses to assessments. As the account owner, you may restrict Editors and Viewers to specific [collections of assessments](https://agolix.com/user-guide/professional-features/). Editors and Viewers cannot create or delete collections. For added security, you can require two-factor authentication for every member of your team.
