Who is Kathy Tuzinski?

Prior to that, Kathy held a number of senior research scientist and I/O consulting roles at SHL, PreVisor, Personnel Decisions International, and Inscape Publishing, where she worked on developing situational judgement tests, skills-based tests, and personality assessments for use in personnel selection and training/development programs. She is a co-editor for the book Simulations for Personnel Selection, as well as an author and co-author for multiple research articles and book chapters pertaining to assessment.
Kathy has over 25 years of experience developing tests and assessments (yes, you read that number correctly – 25!) By utilizing psychometrics, or psychology and metrics, Kathy can help you create more accurate and precise assessments. This way of working leads to greater reliability and validity in your assessments.
