- Preview Report:
- Focuses solely on the PDF report.
- Let the system generate random scores, or enter your own scores to preview score-based feedback for your simple or type-based assessment.

Feature Overview: What Is “Preview Results”?
Agolix’s Preview Results feature takes the headache out of testing assessments. Here’s how it works:
- Access the Feature:
- In the assessment editor, click on the “Actions” dropdown menu.
- Select Preview Results.
- What Happens Next?
- A new browser tab opens.
- Your assessment automatically skips to the last page with all questions pre-filled using random responses.
- Simply hit Submit to view:
- On-screen results (what respondents see).
- Any emails triggered upon assessment completion.
- Test Emails:
- The system uses your account email address to send test emails.
- Depending on how your assessment is configured, you’ll receive:
- An “Alert” email as the assessment author.
- A respondent email (just like your participants will receive).
- Report Testing:
- Want to check the PDF report separately? Use the Preview Report option on the Report tab to preview the PDF report with either random scores or scores you enter.
Important Note: Responses submitted during Preview Results won’t be saved to your account, ensuring clean and accurate testing without cluttering your data.
