Running a 360° review used to mean a lot of manual back-and-forth—chasing down names, emailing evaluators one by one, keeping track of who’s been invited and who hasn’t.

Not anymore.

You can now add subjects and evaluators directly into your 360° workflow, and Agolix handles the invitations, reminders, and tracking from there.

How It Works

Once you’ve built your 360° workflow, head to “360° Workflows” from the menu under your name, then open “Subjects” for that workflow.

  • Add your subjects. Click “Add Subject” and enter names and email addresses. You can enter up to 30 at a time or paste straight from a spreadsheet. New subjects start in “Draft” status, so nothing goes out until you’re ready.
  • Assign their evaluators. For each subject, click “Add Evaluators” and enter the people who’ll be providing feedback, assigning each one a role—Manager, Peer, Self, or whatever roles you’ve set up for the workflow.
  • Send it off. When you’re ready, click “Send Invitations” for a subject, or use “Actions” → “Send All Pending Invitations” to activate everyone at once. Subjects and evaluators move to “Active” status, and Agolix takes over sending assessment links and reminders automatically.

Prefer to have subjects name their own evaluators? You can share the intake form link instead and let them submit their own list — no manual entry needed on your end.

How to Try It

If you’re already running 360° assessments, this is live in your account now. Just open any workflow’s “Subjects” tab to start adding people. New to 360°? Start with 360° Fundamentals to get your assessment and workflow set up first.
