If you’ve been relying on Categories to keep your assessments organized, nothing about your workflow changes. You simply get a more intuitive label for the same dependable functionality.
What makes Collections especially powerful is how much you can customize each one. Every Collection can have its own title, description, brand name, and reply-to email address. That means you can manage multiple clients or programs from a single account, each with its own identity and communication settings, without the need for separate logins or workarounds.
This update is especially helpful for coaches, consultants, and businesses juggling several clients or initiatives at once. Instead of sorting through a single undifferentiated list, you can keep each client or program neatly grouped and branded in its own space.
