Organize Assessments into Collections #
With Professional plans, you’ll see an option to assign your assessment to a collection:

This feature helps you help you organize your assessments by collections that make sense to you.
Select Collection #
You can choose from the list of collections that you’ve already created. These are shown in the drop-down menu along with the default collection of “Uncategorized” .

Create New Collection #
Click the “Add Collection” button to create a new collection.

When you do so, a window on the screen will allow you to enter the details for your collection.

Customize Each Collection #
In addition to the Title, you can also enter these details for each collection:
- Collection Description: a text description to help you remember why the collection was created
- Brand Name: specify the brand name for the “From” field in Results email messages for the assessments in each collection.
- Brand Email: specify the brand email address for the “Reply-To” field in Results email messages for the assessments in each collection.
Click the “Save” button to complete the creation of your collection.

Manage Team Access #
Add team members with alternate login access and customizable permission settings, giving you full control over who can view, edit, or manage assessments. Select whether your colleague(s) should have Manager, Editor, or Viewer privileges.
- Manager: Full access to all features except billing and subscription changes.
- Editor: Can create, edit, and delete assessments.
- Viewer: Can administer assessments (send out the link) and view responses to assessments.
As the account owner, you may restrict Editors and Viewers to specific collections of assessments. Editors and Viewers cannot create or delete collections.
One team member license is included. Additional licenses can be added to your existing monthly or annual plan. Each additional member is $15 USD per month or $150 USD per year. (Get 2 months free with annual payment).
