Agolix® has updated one of its question format names to make building assessments a little more intuitive. The Options question format is now called Multiple Choice. A clearer name that better describes how this question type actually works.

Multiple Choice questions present respondents with a list of predefined choices, from which they select one answer. That behavior hasn’t changed at all. The new name simply makes it easier to recognize the format at a glance when you’re building an assessment, so you spend less time guessing which option does what.
This is a name change only. The functionality is exactly the same as before. Nothing about how multiple-choice questions are created, displayed, or scored has been altered.
If you already have Options questions in your assessments, there’s nothing you need to do. They have been automatically updated to Multiple Choice and will continue to work exactly as before, with no disruption to your assessments or results.
This small but meaningful update is part of our ongoing effort to keep the Agolix® platform clear and intuitive, so the format names match the way you actually think about your questions.
